Project Overview

Netblaze is an ecosystem for social platforms, enabling social media marketers to understand and fetch social media information. The platform requires users to sign-up using business or end-users, allowing them to scan the website for possible media marketing. Netblaze partnered with Intellicoworks, a DevOps, SecOps, and DataOps services provider, to enable end-users and businesses to sign up.

Project Requirements

We first started by analyzing requirements and made documentation for two way conversation. In spite of this, Intellicoworks provided solutions for the platform.

Intellicoworks team developed solutions using a variety of tools and operation centres, including cloud watch, Prometheus, and custom solutions for data visibility.
To manage data with data dimension management and strict SLA, appropriate sharding and partitioning techniques were put in place to keep the payload of data lean and manageable.
Customized analytics were created to identify delay concerns on both the app and third-party side, resolved through hardware and software optimization techniques.
Cron job management and processing of third-party platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Google Analytics, and WhatsApp were other significant requirements. Intellicoworks developed a customized analytics solution that helped maintain SLA and resolve delays through optimization techniques.
As part of the project, Intellicoworks developed point-in-time stop/start/restart, and real-time analytics of current running cron jobs, with vitals of the system handling those jobs.
The major feature was the maintenance of SLA and escalations to different resource bases in case of a breach.

Project Results

Working with Intellicoworks, Netblaze was able to expand its business and execute all wishlists of its clients and customers. The solution was tested and implemented with multiple brands (same codebase with different CSS and website) by the same customer and sold. The project has been working successfully for the past six years or so, with over 10K customers and 100+ clients
